Our website, found under the URLs www.streetjoy.ro is operated by Altcore s.r.o., Sreznevského 20, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovak republic, VAT ID: SK 20 2279 4433. All references to “we”, “us” or “our” shall be deemed to be references to Altcore s.r.o. and references to “you”, “your” or "buyer" shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website.
By placing the order, buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with these general terms and conditions and agrees with them. The buyer has the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions and he/she is notified about them before placing an order.
Price of goods
All prices are displayed in Euro currency including VAT. Price of the goods can be changed anytime without a notice to the buyer. Price changes don’t involve prices on already placed orders.
Ordering is possible only via portal www.streetjoy.ro by following steps of the order procedure. During ordering it is important to fill in all necessary personal information like phone number, e-mail address, shipping address. Providing incorrect information can cause complication with communication and it can cause delivery delay. Seller is not responsible for any problems inconveniences by incorrect information provided by buyer.
Delivery of goods is carried out by first class postal service or courier service depending on the country of delivery. Delivery fee is counted during ordering process. Price list for delivery is also provided in the information section. General delivery time is between 4 – 7 working days depending on the country of delivery. When the order is shipped, buyer will be noticed by shipment confirmation email from seller with the shipping tracking number, if available.
Upon receipt of the goods we recommend careful checking of possible package damage. If there is evident damage, let a carrier fill in a damage report which can be used for future claim. Claims without the damage report will be refused.
Throughout the ordering process a buyer is asked to choose Payment method. Seller provides only payment via PayPal transfer. As soon as the payment is received, the goods will be sent to buyers delivery address.
The goods can be returned within 14 days after receiving without any stated reason. If a buyer decides to return the purchased item(s) the following steps have to be taken:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with written return application which will include: order number, date of delivery, part number(s) of the products, number of items, your bank number or PayPal account.
Returned goods must comply with these conditions:
• Returned goods mustn’t be used
• Returned goods mustn’t be damaged
• Returned package must include copy of the invoice
• Returned goods mustn’t be sent upon payment on delivery
If all above conditions are met, the seller transfer refund for goods within 14 days to your bank or PayPal account.
If the above mentioned conditions are not met, the goods will be returned back to delivery address on buyer expenses.

Order changes and cancellation - buyer
For cancellation of the order or particular item write an e-mail to email@example.com. Cancellation must include order number, number of items, product numbers which are being asked to cancel.
For changes in the order write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the details of your requested changes such as:
• order number
• number of items to change
• product numbers to change
• size of the product to change
Order changes and cancellation - seller
Seller can reduce amont of ordered items or cancel the order in these circumstances:
• Product is not available
• Significant price change on product
These terms and conditions are valid from 1st of October 2021. Seller has the right to change these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
